Five minority entrepreneurs will have a unique opportunity to present their business ideas to Mr. Graves and a panel of local investors in an effort to secure a portion of over $100,000 in funding, products, and services to help start or advance their businesses. The competitive process to become one of the five finalists is as follows:
1) Submit your application no later than Friday, May 31 at 5:00 PM EDT.
2) If you are one of 10-15 applicants selected to advance to Round 2 of the competition, you will participate in a series of training sessions during July and August to help advance your business plan and prepare you for possible participation in Shark Pool.
3) The five finalists will be selected by a preliminary panel of judges in early September.
