 | Minority Business Development Organization Under partnership with the Ohio Department of Development Minority Business Enterprise Division, the African American Chamber is the host site for the Cincinnati Minority Business Development Organization. This partnership enables the AACC to provide a single access point for minority business support and simplifies the approach to help minority businesses navigate the regional landscape and get connected to the business assistance they need. Eligibility Requirements Eligible businesses are those owned and controlled by minority, socially, and economically disadvantaged individuals. Minority business enterprises are defined as businesses that are at least 51 percent or more owned and controlled by one of the following disadvantaged groups: African American, Hispanic, Native American or Asian American.
